All orders will be shipped with UPS. 
If an error in delivery occurs and your package is shipped backed to Enchantress HQ, I will contact you & invoice you for a new shipping label. Please make your the address/phone number you input at checkout is accurate. If you need to change your shipping address after purchase, please email me as soon as possible at lunar_embroidery@yahoo.com.

Once you receive your tracking number it may take 7-14 days to be dropped off at the post office. This is because I do drop offs in big batches. Please keep this in mind for expected timeline.

RUSH ORDERS

Every now and then, I have rush order options available for an additional fee. I only have a few slots and they fill up quickly. If you would like me to rush your order, please email me at lunar_embroidery@yahoo.com. The minimum wait time for a rush order ranges from 1-3 weeks.
